1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one ok37game account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently in your name, contact ok37game support immediately.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by ok37game; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6 Betting Rules

ok37game's sportsbook and casino operate under a comprehensive set of product-specific rules covering bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions, and dispute resolution. The following general principles apply across all betting products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ok37game does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances where the Platform determines that an error has occurred in the publication of odds or game information.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok37game Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, directly or through proxies, family members, or associates, for any purpose including bonus harvesting.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and game content available on the ok37game Platform are the intellectual property of ok37game or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok37game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or your account shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ok37game in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ok37game shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your ok37game account at any time by contacting ok37game support. Upon closure request, any remaining balance (net of unsatisfied bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or security review procedures.

11.2 Termination by ok37game

ok37game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time with or without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ok37game is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) ok37game reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) ok37game decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination for cause, ok37game may, at its sole discretion, withhold all or part of your account balance pending investigation. Balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok37game is incorporated and licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ok37game's internal complaints procedure.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
